STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
   1.1 By placing an order for footwear products ("Products") from Officine Moda ("Seller"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms").
   1.2 These Terms, along with any additional terms provided by Seller in writing, constitute the entire agreement between you and Seller regarding the sale of Products.
2. ORDER PLACEMENT
   2.1 To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, and delivery address.
   2.2 The order constitutes an offer to purchase the Products in accordance with these Terms. Orders are subject to acceptance by Seller, and Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
   3.1 All prices are listed in Euro (€) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges.
   3.2 Payment must be made in full before the Products are dispatched. Payment methods accepted by Seller may include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other methods as specified by Seller.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
   4.1 Seller will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Products within the estimated delivery time. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
   4.2 The risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you upon delivery.
   4.3 Shipping and handling charges will be specified at the time of order and are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
5. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
   5.1 Returns and exchanges are subject to Seller's Return Policy, available on the Seller's website.
   5.2 Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
   5.3 Refunds will be processed using the same payment method employed for the original purchase, in accordance with applicable banking regulations, including but not limited to anti-fraud and anti-money laundering laws (such as D.Lgs. 231/2007, on the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism).
   If the payment method used for the purchase is no longer valid (e.g., expired or canceled card), the customer is required to notify the Seller's customer service to arrange an alternative method of refund, subject to the Seller's approval.
6. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS
   6.1 Seller warrants that the Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 14 days from the date of delivery.
   6.2 Except as expressly stated in these Terms, Seller makes no representations or warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the Products.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   7.1 To the extent permitted by law, Seller's liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the sale of Products is limited to the purchase price of the Products.
   7.2 In no event shall Seller be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
   8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy.
   8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [insert city or region], Italy.
9. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS
   9.1 Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Seller's website.
